 Yes we do charge a small delivery fee of £1.25 + VAT per mile.

If a problem does occur we have a 24 hour emergency contact number. One of our engineers will assist you over the phone or if necessary we will pop out to see you.

Wight Event Toilets Ltd have all units insured against public & employee liability for the equipment hired. We would require the Hirer to make sure the units are insured with an all risk policy against loss, damage & theft during the hire period.

We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking. The final 75% payment is due one month before your event.

 Yes we do! If you have an emergency and require toilet hire on the same day then we will always do our very best to arrange this for you.

Yes, please do let us know if you require an attendant and we can arrange this for you.

Not at all! Our loos are cleaned after every hire by a professional commercial cleaning company

We only accept payment via online BACS payments (online bank transfer).

Yes our toilet trailers are hygiene safe! All our toilet trailers have warm hand washing facilities, soaps & disposable paper hand towels. After each hire our professional commercial cleaning company give each unit a deep clean using all the necessary cleaning agents. Many of our toilet trailers also have doors on both sides so we can offer a one way entry & exit system.

The toilet trailers have waste tanks built in which will not need to be emptied until after the event. We will deal with the waste emptying at the local sewage treatment plant.

We will email you around one month before the event to make arrangements for a suitable delivery & collection time. For a weekend event we generally delivery on the Thursday or Friday before the event and collection takes place on Sunday or Monday. Once your booking with us is confirmed we will offer you a 2 hour delivery window so you wont be waiting around all day for us to arrive.

We have a number of different toilet trailers available to hire. To find out the specification of each trailer, head to the WET toilet / shower range page and select the trailer you are interested in hiring. 

Each toilet trailer will require one 13amp socket (standard household plug) to run throughout the event or a 16amp socket if running from a generator. If you are running the toilets / showers off a generator then please allocate a 5KVA power supply per unit. All our trailers are self-contained so have built in water tanks so mains water is not necessary unless we are connecting your unit to a mains drain. 

We will position the trailers in a suitable position with you when we arrive. Please ensure you are happy with the location as trailers cannot be moved onsite for health & safety reasons.

We cater for all events and occasions. Our flexible service allows you to hire the units from 1 night right up to a couple of years.

We suggest using our 4 + 1 luxury portable toilet with it's very own build in disabled bay. The easy access can be accessed via a hydraulic ramp at the rear of the trailer. We also have our single luxury disabled toilet trailer available for hire too. For more information - click here.

We would recommend using our larger event toilet and shower trailer such as our 4+2 toilet trailers, 8 bay toilet trailers, 18 bay urinal trailers along with both 4 and 6 bay luxury shower trailers. We can also schedule in a regular servicing package to ensure the units are kept clean and fully stocked throughout your event.

Yes of course. We have a large warehouse so if you would like to view a trailer before you secure your hire then please let us know.

Once we arrive onsite each portable trailer generally takes around 30-60 minutes to position, set up and test. We will ensure your toilet / shower trailer is fully up and running before we leave.

If you are in charge of maintaining a pub, restaurant, hotel, commercial kitchen, or food processing plant. You probably use a grease trap to prevent fats and grease waste from clogging your drainage system or contaminating your small sewage treatment plant.

Blockages can cause hygiene issues and foul odours and become toxic over time. Food deposited in a grease trap can rot and release toxic gases such as sulphates.

Leachate is a liquid produced when water percolates through waste in landfill sites and reacts with decomposing materials. The risks to public health and the environment from the microorganisms and toxic substances, including ammonia and nitrogen, found in leachates are high. WET carry out leachate collections from landfill sites.

Silts and sludges are waste streams defined to have a high solid content, which, if left over time, can cause blockages in drainage systems and storage tanks. Silt and sludge removal can prevent damage to your equipment and maintain the efficiency of any processes.

Fuel and oil interceptors are typically found where vehicles or machinery may leak fuel or oil onto the ground, such as petrol station forecourts, carparks, garages, distribution depots, factories, and car or truck washes. These are often overlooked but essential equipment that separates oil and fuels from wastewater generated on your premises, preventing contamination of the drainage network.

The Environment Agency recommends clearing the interceptors every six months to prevent blockages and pollution of your drainage systems and the surrounding environment. We offer hassle-free interceptor emptying services at regular intervals to assist you with this.

Road gullies are designed to handle surface water and retain debris, usually leaves and silts, to prevent them from entering the drainage system and causing pipe blockages and flooding.

With the risk of flooding increasing yearly and record levels of rainfall in certain areas, the need for cleaning road gullies has become even more significant and relevant.

Whether as part of an ongoing maintenance plan or a one-off emergency fix, we can supply a gully sucker to attend your site and undertake the cleaning of all gullies, ensuring the removed waste is disposed of correctly and meeting legislation.

The fridge trailer will require either a 16amp power supply or a 13amp household plug socket. As standard the fridge trailer will come with up to 40 meters of power cables along with a 16amp - 13amp plug adaptor. If you are running the fridge trailer on a generator then we recommend setting aside 4KVA to power the unit.

No, it's important to keep these doors shut when you are not getting goods in and out of the trailer, to help maintain the correct temperature.

Yes the fridge & freezer trailers do come with racking as standard as you can see from the photos. If you don’t require the racking then we can remove this prior to delivery.

Once the fridge trailer has been delivered and set up we will pre-set the correct temperature for you so you shouldn’t need to touch the controls. 

The trailer can either be used as a fridge or as a freezer, not both at the same time.

Yes there is a light situated at the front of the trailer as you can see from the pictures.

Yes we will provide you with a padlock so your goods can be kept safe and secure during the hire.
