Q: When will the toilets be delivered and collected?
A: we will call before to make arrangements for a suitable delivery & collection time. For a weekend event we generally delivery on Friday and collect Mondays.

Q: How many toilets/toilet trailers do I need for my size of event?
A: This depends on the length of your event and the number of guests. Let us know as much information as possible about your event and we can guide you!

Q: If I have a problem during the event what should I do?
A: If a problem does occur we have a 24 hour emergency contact number. One of our engineers will assist you over the phone or if necessary we will pop out to see you.

Q: How much space will the toilets require?
A: Our largest toilet trailer will require a flat piece of ground measuring 6 meters long, 2.3 meters wide & 3 meters high, our smallest trailer measures 4.2 

Q: How much power will the toilets need and do you require mains water?
A: Each toilet trailer will require one 13amp socket (standard household plug) to run throughout the event. All our trailers are self-contained so have built in water tanks so mains water is not necessary. We can connect the mains water if you prefer.

Q: Where does the waste go?
A: The toilet trailers have waste tanks built in which will not need to be emptied until after the event. We will deal with the waste emptying at the local sewage treatment plant.

Q: Can I move the unit(s) once you have left or during the event?
A: We will position the trailers in a suitable position with you when we arrive. Please ensure you are happy with the location as trailers cannot be moved onsite for health & safety reasons.

Q: Are all the toilet trailers insured?
A: Wight Event Toilets Ltd have all units insured again public & employee liability. We would require you to make sure the units are insured against loss or damage during the hire period. We can assist you over the phone with this.

Q: Do you just do short term hire?
A: We cater for all events and occasions. Our flexible service allows you to hire the units from 1 night to a couple of months
